Standing near this olive tree at the Parthenon, I felt the weight of history and was inspired to capture this magical place. According to legend, this very spot was where Athena, the goddess of wisdom, planted the first olive tree as a gift to the people of Athens. She struck the earth with her spear, and from it grew the sacred tree - a symbol of peace, prosperity, and resilience. Walking through the Acropolis, I couldn’t help but think that this is where art, as we know it, began.
